Read about phimosis (tight foreskin), which is normal in babies and toddlers. That causes the skin to become itchy, red, dry and cracked; psoriasis – a skin.
Foreskin dry and cracked Hello! Great thanks for this forum. Excuse my bad english. I have 32 years. My Foreskin is mild narrowed. When the penis is an erection, Foreskin glides smoothly.
But the erection does not go smoothly. No pain, but you can see and feel the narrow ring.
I read this forum and I started stretching before 20 days. I felt I was a little improvement. The erection ring is obeyed, but still visible. Now the problem. Ring, ring around, there were cracks in the Foreskin. Foreskin dry and cracked. Where is the problem?
I have operated on 24 years with the frenulum. I have a child. Probably not If you were to pinch the skin, it would hurt. The cracks almost always are a result of a yeast infection, and yeast comes from using soap to wash the penis.
The inside of your foreskin is a tissue called mucosa, and the same tissue lines your nostrils, your mouth and your rectum. Would you put soap in your mouth to clean it? See what we mean? Soap irritates, and furthermore, it removes the friendly bacteria which are meant to live inside your foreskin. They are there to keep the place safe from invasion by little creatures such as yeast.
The secretions from inside the skin are known to have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties. When soap removes them and the little guys who should be living inside of there, bacteria, yeast, and virus can take up residence and cause all kinds of problems. Because the climate inside the skin is warm and moist, yeast is usually the one which moves in. In fact, it’s probably always there, but is kept in balance by the natural presence of proper bacteria and the secretions.
There’s also a probability that the glands which secrete the substance disappear with aging as autopsies on older intact dead men fail to reveal them. In babies and pre-adolescents, the foreskin doesn’t usually retract, so this is nature’s way of keeping everything inside healthy.
For now, do not wash your penis with soap. Use just clear water and dry thoroughly.
Apply the medicine to all parts you can reach inside the skin and on the outside to the parts which cover the head of your penis. It is probably sufficient to wash just once per day to avoid irritation, but apply the medicine twice or according to directions on the package. Re: Probably not Thanks Jim for the presentation of the problem. When the Foreskin dry, I see small scabs on the cracks. I’m reading that scabs can cause pinched. That’s why I’m depressed.
